If you receive a damaged item, please send a brief email to info@thestudiofd.com. Please
include a photo or video of the damaged item to ensure a quick and efficient
resolution of your complaint.

Exclusions from Returns

We cannot accept returns for discounted and personalized items. This also applies to items that have been custom ordered or manufactured for you.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we
will refund the purchase amount to the payment method used during the order within 7 days.
